Help and support
Practical help for Jewelry AI features, credits, purchases, accounts, privacy, and troubleshooting. If you cannot find the answer, contact support@elanorya.com.
How do I create an image?
Select Create, choose a tool and product category, provide the required product or model images, and review the settings. The final review shows the current credit cost, expected remaining balance, and AI-provider data notice before submission.
Which tools are available?
Jewelry AI may offer model try-on, image editing, background removal, and image upscaling. Inputs and credit costs differ by tool. The help icon gives examples and tips for the current step. A tool marked unavailable cannot start a paid operation.
What happens if generation fails?
If a valid and accessible result is not delivered, the reserved credit is restored automatically. No free automatic provider retry is launched; you choose whether to submit a new request. A delivered result that you dislike aesthetically is not a technical failure and does not receive an automatic free retry or credit refund. Include the request ID when reporting a missing, empty, or unreadable result.
Why is a generation still waiting?
Provider load or queue delay may leave a job queued or processing. Do not repeatedly submit the same request. You may leave the screen and check the Library later. Duplicate submission is limited with idempotency, and a terminal failure restores the reserved credit.
Where are my creations?
The Library lists creations with status and filters. Open a result, mark it as a favourite, or organise it into a collection. Normally deleted creations may be restored from Deleted; permanent deletion cannot be undone.
How do I download or share?
Use the result screen to save the completed image or open the system share sheet. Gallery permission may be required for saving. On supported devices the app shares a real local file rather than exposing a signed remote URL.
How do credit packages work?
A package is a one-time purchase. Confirm the local price and currency in the Apple or Google payment sheet. Credits are added once only after server verification. If delivery is delayed, use Restore purchases to ask the server to verify the store transaction again.
What is the first-purchase bonus?
When a first-purchase bonus is offered, the extra credits are shown on each credit pack in the store before you pay and are added together with the pack’s own credits. It applies once per account, only when your first purchase is a credit pack; subscriptions do not receive it. Bonuses do not stack: if more than one applies, the larger one is used. If the purchase is refunded or charged back, its bonus credits are removed together with the purchased credits.
What is the first-creation gift?
When the first-creation gift is offered, an account that received the free starting credits gets a one-time gift after its first successful creation. Accounts that did not receive starting credits — for example because of the device limit — do not receive it either. Like the starting credits, the gift is promotional, and it appears under Profile → Wallet and credit history as gift credits.
How do I manage a subscription?
Subscriptions renew for the period shown by the store. Manage or cancel them in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, benefits may continue until the end of the paid period. Monthly subscription credits renew each billing period. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period and do not carry over to the next period. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire.
How do I request a money refund?
Request a purchase refund through the Apple or Google channel where payment was made. If the store approves it, related unused credits or entitlement may be removed. A technical generation that delivered no valid result is handled separately by automatic credit restoration.
Account and verification
Verify an email account with the eight-digit code. If it does not arrive, check the address and spam folder and use Resend after the cooldown. Unverified accounts may browse but cannot start credit-spending operations. Use the secure reset flow if you forget your password.
How are language and currency selected?
Automatic language follows the first supported device language. You can make an explicit choice from the globe button or Profile → Language. Interface language does not set selling currency. Package and subscription currency comes from the Apple or Google storefront attached to the store account.
Are my images sent to AI providers?
Yes. The image, instruction, and settings required for the selected tool may be sent to APIMart or Replicate. Model try-on and image editing go through APIMart, which passes the request on to Google Gemini; upscaling and background removal go to Replicate. A notice is shown on the review step. Upload only content you are authorised to process and avoid identity documents, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Do you collect usage data?
There are two separate things. If the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, a diagnostic report — error stack, app version, device model, and operating-system version — is sent so we can find the problem; it does not contain your account, your email, your images, or the editing instruction you typed. Separately, usage statistics that are not linked to a person (PostHog) are collected only if you explicitly allow it; we ask once, on a single card after your first result, and if you decline, not a single record is sent to that provider. Those statistics are not linked to a person, your IP address is not collected, and no screen recording takes place. Independently of that choice, while you are signed in, interactions such as opening the app, the screens you view, and purchase steps are kept on our own servers as event records linked to your account for at most 30 days (details in the Privacy Policy). You can turn the permission on or off later under Profile → Preferences.
Which notifications will I get?
If you allow notifications, the app can tell you when an image is ready, when a generation fails and its credits are refunded, and when purchased credits are added. The offers and campaigns option is on by default on the notification screen shown at first launch; you can switch it off there or at any time later. You can turn off each type, or all notifications on this device, under Profile → Preferences → Notifications, or block them in your phone settings. Signing out does not stop notifications: the device keeps receiving your account’s notifications. To stop them there, turn them off on that device while you are signed in, block them in your phone settings, or use Profile → Sign out of all devices. They also stop when another account turns on notifications on that device, when the app is uninstalled, when you delete your account, or once 365 days have passed since the app was last opened on that device while you were signed in.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use Profile → Delete account. Direct identifiers are removed, sessions are revoked, and user files enter a purge process. Cancel a store subscription separately. Restricted financial, fraud-prevention, and transaction-integrity records may remain where legally necessary and are not automatically described as anonymous.
How do I report a problem?
Use Profile → Report a problem or support@elanorya.com. Include app version, platform, the step you were performing, and the request ID if shown. Never send a password, one-time code, access token, or full payment-card information. The target for an initial human response is two business days.
