Tools

Each of these does one job, does it in your browser, and never sends your file anywhere. That is a technical property you can check, not a promise you have to take on trust.

What every tool here promises

It runs in your browser. Your file is read locally, processed locally and handed back locally — no upload, no account, no queue. This is checkable rather than claimable: open the network panel and watch nothing happen.

It states its sources. Where a tool checks a file against a marketplace rule, that rule came from the platform's own documentation and is shown with the date it was verified, because these rules change without notice and an undated number becomes a liability.

It does not pretend. Where a tool cannot do something safely — enlarging a small image, for instance — it says so and explains why, instead of producing a file that passes a size check and looks worse than the original.
