You can delete your whole account, or keep your account and permanently delete individual creations. Both options are available without reinstalling the app.

Delete your account and its data
This closes your Jewelry AI account and starts deletion of the data linked to it.
In the app
Open Profile and choose Delete account.

What is deleted
- Your email address, password hash, social sign-in identifier and device identifier are removed or anonymised.
- Sessions and unused authentication tokens are revoked.
- Your collections and creations are hidden from the service.
- Your uploaded input images, generated output images and uploaded model images are queued for permanent removal from storage.
- For Sign in with Apple, the stored credential is marked for revocation and the encrypted token is erased once revocation succeeds.
What may be retained
- Credit ledger entries, purchase and subscription records, provider cost and attempt records, and minimal creation tombstones.
- These are kept as restricted internal records for financial accuracy, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
- Removing direct identifiers alone is not described as true anonymisation.
Keep your account, delete specific creations
You can permanently delete individual images without closing your account.
In the app
Open your Library, delete the creation, then delete it permanently. Normal deletion moves a creation to a recoverable area first; permanent deletion is a separate, deliberate step.

What can be deleted this way
- Your unshared input images and generated output images.
- The editing instructions attached to those creations.
- Your collection and library organisation for them.
What stays
- Your account, credit balance and purchase history.
- A minimal creation tombstone and the related credit ledger entry, kept for financial accuracy. These carry no user content.
Never include these in a request
Do not send your password, a one-time code, an access or refresh token, or full payment-card details. We never ask for them, and a deletion request does not need them.
What we do not promise
- A bulk purge sweeper is not yet in place, so we do not promise instant or guaranteed erasure.
- A general retention schedule for logs, backups and restricted records has not yet been decided and is not published here.
- A failed first deletion attempt is retried, and no new signed read link is issued for an asset once its removal has started.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings.
